Not home?
Lockbox codes, garage access, or reception handover work for many clients. Document instructions once; we follow them each visit unless you change them.

Labelling and Chain of Custody
Bag or box items clearly when several properties or family members share the service. At setup we suggest labels — property name, room set, client reference — so loads are not mixed in processing.

Outside regular routes may still be possible — send your location and we confirm rather than assuming you are out of area.
